The story of a place

A limestone landscape whose hidden spaces can be immense.

Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng combines forested karst with extensive cave systems. Some caves can be visited on relatively straightforward excursions; others involve demanding expeditions with highly controlled access.

Choose the experience that fits your time and abilities. A famous cave name does not tell you whether the visit involves a boat ride, a boardwalk or several days of trekking and camping.
